When does PhylLO launch?

Q3 2026 (target). The core engine is already built and running ButteRE in production. Adding the mortgage data layer (BatchData / Estated for mortgage rates, balances, ARM details) is the main missing piece.

What does "same engine as ButteRE" mean?

Same Supabase database (591K parcels analyzed), same Cloudflare Pages infrastructure, same Anthropic AI narratives, same Bland AI dialer, same Stripe checkout, same CRM. PhylLO swaps the scoring algorithm and adds a mortgage data overlay. 80% reuse.

What is "cross-pastry intelligence"?

Because ButteRE and PhylLO share a database, when one platform flags an event, the other sees it. RE wholesaler flags "owner just sold" → LO gets a purchase-loan candidate alert. LO sees divorce filing → wholesaler gets a distressed-sale alert. Same parcel, multiple revenue moments.

Will you have skip-trace included?
